Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a project agreement. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Annual maintenance subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Clients may choose not to renew at the end of the term by providing 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. PXL Vision Studio does not store credit card information directly.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
